We have established this site to instruct payees on how to self-register, this allows SLAC to collect personal banking information through our secure process so that you may be paid via direct deposit, if you choose.
What do I need to get started?
- Your Social Security Number
- For Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposit payments, you will need your bank account and routing numbers
- For Honoraria only, you will need a completed W-9 IRS Tax Form
