Find opportunities
Potential contract opportunities
SLAC posts a variety of procurement-related activities on SAM.gov, including Sources Sought, Pre-Solicitation, and Contract Opportunities. Acquisition planning activities typically are posted as Sources Sought and/or Pre-Solicitation postings, while formal solicitations are posted under Contract Opportunities.
All Construction subcontracts greater than Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($250,000) will be posted initially with a draft RFP package. All interested bidders must respond to this posting to indicate interest in participating in the forthcoming formal solicitation.
There are two ways to find subcontractor award opportunities within SLAC: by utilizing SAM.gov and Upcoming Opportunities.
SLAC posts all opportunities in the area of construction with a value greater than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($250,000) or opportunities where the Buy America Act applies on SAM.gov under Contract Opportunities.
From time to time, other types of procurement opportunities are posted on SAM.gov for various reasons.
In addition to SLAC contract opportunities, you can also find solicitations from the Department of Energy using this site.
If you have questions about solicitations posted on SAM.gov, please contact the contract primary point of contact listed.
