Supplier Closeout
During closeout, all final project documents and deliverables must be submitted. These should be combined into a closeout package presented to all project stakeholders.
Contract closeout is an opportunity for all parties to ensure it has met all contractual obligations. Once SLAC has verified all obligations are met and disputes settled the final invoice will be approved and paid.
Successful Project Closeout
A comprehensive project closeout has the following elements:
- The project was completed in compliance with all contract documents and requirements.
- All contract documents are delivered to all project stakeholders.
- All invoices and expenses are billed.
- All invoices and expenses are paid.
NOTE
Please remember to return all government property and SLAC-issued badges when the project is complete.
