About The CUIR Project
The CUIR project aims to modernize SLAC’s utilities infrastructure. Many of the original systems were installed in the 1960s, when the laboratory was first built, and were not designed to support the experimental parameters needed for scientific research today and in the future. This crucial project will support SLAC's mission well into the future.
