The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) maximizes contract opportunities for small businesses while advancing the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) mission. OSDBU expands support for small businesses, including the U.S. Small Business Administration's four socio-economic categories: Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business (HUBZone).
